WE WORKED WITH A DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WHO WANTED AN INNOVATIVE DESIGN-LED APPROACH TO DEVELOPMENT. MANY OF THEIR DEVELOPMENTS HAVE BEEN IN THE PRESTIGIOUS LIVERPOOL KNOWLEDGE QUARTER.  WE WORKED ALONGSIDE THEIR IN-HOUSE CONSTRUCTION TEAM TO CREATE A DESIGNER SOLUTION WITHOUT BLOWING THE BUDGET.

Lecico was introduced to the development company by a timber and building supplies company in Liverpool who are stockists of the Lecico Atlas & Designer Series brands. The contractor selected Lecico following rigorous market testing where the product was found to be well above the required standard in quality and of best value.

Lecico is delighted to have supplied all the bathroom ceramic products into a prestigious new development in Liverpool.  This newly constructed building encompasses 100 family apartments in a secure complex that includes retail units on the ground floor and also houses new offices. Lecico products were specified for the apartments by an architectural company.
