Caspar House refurbishment project is located on the edge of the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham overlooking the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal. This specialist design and build contract, which was awarded to Studio Fourteen Commercial interiors, involved the complete internal refurbishment of 46 apartments.  

PROJECT BACKGROUND

Lecico is delighted to have supplied all the bathroom ceramic products into a prestigious new development in Birmingham.  This newly constructed building encompasses 46 apartments Work on these prestigious Birmingham apartments focused on stripping out all the original primary fittings such as floors, kitchens and much of the bathroom area. To create more space the team redesigned the area to meet the demand for more open plan living areas by removing interior walls.

WHY LECICO

The redesign of Caspar House Apartments included fitting new floors, kitchens, electrical wiring as well as the latest fire and security systems. The bathrooms received a full makeover with modern ambient tiling, with sanitaryware & fittings supplied by Lecico Bathrooms. The contractor selected Lecico following on from rigorous market testing where the product was found to be well above the standard in quality and of best value.
